ARTICLE VII -EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Section 1. COMPOSTITION
The
Executive Committee will consist of the elected officers of the Council, the
immediate Past President, and the Executive Secretary, the Editor of Time &
Place & the Sites Negotiator ex-officio. At the discretion of the
President, others may be invited to attend the meetings as deemed necessary to
give information relative to their respective areas of concern.
Section 2. DUTIES The
Executive Committee will carry on the affairs of the Council in periods between
meetings of the Board of Directors.
