IV. CONVENTION

A. Complimentary Rooms: NYSCSS will provide rooms for members of the Executive

     Committee, Executive Secretary, Convention Program Chair, Hotel Liaison, Registration 

     Chair, Assistant to the Convention Chair and Exhibits Chair. The Chair of the Convention

     Planning Committee may, with the approval of the Executive Committee, assign

     complimentary rooms to other key people on the committee. All hotel accommodations

     will be double occupancy. If single room occupancy is requested, the council will pay half

     the double  room rate.

B. Split with NYS4A will be: 75% NYSCSS/25% NYS4A.

C. Presenter Registration

     Normally, all presenters and facilitators register for the convention. The Convention Chair

     may exempt specific individuals with the concurrence of the President.
