A. The editor is responsible for gathering the necessary information and editing this information into four issues of the newsletter using the “desktop publishing format.”

B. The term is three years with an annual review by the Executive Committee.

C. The Executive Committee asks the editor to make his/her wishes to continue for another year known to the Committee prior to its meetings at the annual convention.
